I am captivated by this idea of “mother nature” and the similarities between a woman’s body and the flows and curves as nature. To visually represent this idea I put images of nature such as plants and flowers on the human body by placing two negatives on top of each other using a technique called negative sandwiching. “Mother Nature” intends to show that there is a seamless connection between nature and womanhood and that there is no other beauty as strong as these two.
